1. Bookings & Payments

 

• All services must be booked in advance via our contact form or email.

• Quotes provided are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

• A deposit may be required to confirm bookings. Full payment is due prior to service unless arranged otherwise.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the service date may be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 72 hours of the booking may result in a partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

3. Delays & Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

• W.E. Shuttle is fully insured, but we are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during transport.

4. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward our drivers and vehicles.

• No smoking, vaping, or open alcohol is permitted inside the vehicle unless explicitly arranged in advance.

• Any damage caused by passengers will be the responsibility of the booking party.

5. Service Area

• Our primary service area includes Windsor, Essex County, and surrounding regions.

• Additional charges may apply for long-distance or out-of-area travel.

6. Changes to Bookings

• Any changes to bookings must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

• We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value in case of mechanical issues or emergencies.

7. Privacy Policy

• Any personal information collected (name, email, phone) is used solely for booking and communication purposes and will never be shared with third parties.
